Very Sharp

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this BergHOFF Martello 5.5" Cleaver. Not only is this a gorgeous knife with its hammer dot pattern on stainless steel, but it has an extremely sharp edge. I hate cutting tomatoes with a dull knife because I end up needing to press down too hard and I squish my tomato. This knife cut through it like it was warm butter. I was able to quickly dice my tomatoes, shred my lettuce, and cube up my cold chicken for a quick chicken wrap. It’s not at all heavy but it does have some good weight to it. It’s easy to grip and my hand doesn’t slide on the handle when it’s wet. This BergHOFF Martello 5.5" Cleaver is easy to clean (hand washed in hot soapy water) and it dries to a high shine.

I’m Impressed With This Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gripping the handle for the first time you can feel this is a quality knife. I love the way it feels. It is so nicely weighted. It actually feels better than some of my more expensive knives. It slices beautifully. The finish on this knife is gorgeous. It cleans up nicely. I look forward to using it for a long time. This will make a nice gift for yourself or someone you know.
