Bernheim Original Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey is the first truly new variety of American Straight Whiskey introduced since Prohibition. Bernheim is the first whiskey to use winter wheat as its primary grain creating a soft, sweet flavor and medium finish.

An awesome wheated bourbon

Finally back on shelves in my area. Nice sweet hint of creamy vanilla and smooth finish. 7 years is perfect. No heat on this one. I also bought the full proof

Great wheat whiskey and great value!

I first tried Bernheim at Heaven Hill Distillery and loved it. We had a tasting of different mashbills with Bernadette at the distillery. Bernadette was a hoot. We really enjoyed the tasting with her. Bernheim was our favorite whiskey in the tasting. New fan of wheat whiskey now.

Great Whiskey

I really love this whiskey so much. It's smooth, has the great sweetness that a wheated whiskey has and it's unbelievably affordable. Can't get enough of it.

Wonderful whiskey at a great price! A true gem! And anyone offended by Heaven Hill offering more than two options in the gender drop down need to practice the compassionate Christian values they read about in their bibles. If you can't, go drink your Mexican beer and leave this whiskey for true Americans!

Haven't tried bootleg me a sample lol

I haven't tried it yet, but in Rev. 6:5-6 it talks about the wheat for a days wages. It's time to bootleg it to Florida. God Bless. USA, buy USA, to win the war iii.

Found a winner

Always trying something new, this one slips right in to my favorites when I want a bottle of something sure. Also, the next section of this review asks my gender; there should only be two options there. Please correct this before you go the way of Bud Light.

great wheated whisky can drink it all day mellow enough to not get bored nice creamy vanilla first sip is like that melted vanilla ice cream on the side of the pint...cant wait for a barrel proof version for deeper flavor

Great old fashioned

I had this in an old fashioned at heaven hill distillery and it was perfect. I ended up buying a bottle and it so easy to drink and enjoy. I will buy more of this whiskey.

Top 3 favorite!

This whiskey has become one of my favorite whiskeys. I tend to try any and every bourbon below $60.00 and this one by far is close to the top. There's not many wheat whiskeys in my area. My other option is Woodford and everyone knows woodford and this is just as tasty. I wish they had a bigger bottle, but this has become my go to.
