    Used to be great

    I’ve used these razors for years and lately they chop my legs to absolute pieces. Cuts and razor burn all over, even after exfoliating and using a shave oil. Maybe my skin is just getting more sensitive as I get older :(

    Great packaging and the razor looks and feels great, I love that it attaches to the wall and comes with an extra blade. However, it tugged at my skin and left me a bit irritated, I also had to go over the same spots multiple times. Compared to other razors, it isn't as advanced and good, especially sensitive skin.

    Cartidge keeps falling off!

    Wish I could say I had a more pleasant experience. Thought I'd give this a try. Have had it for two weeks and have had nothing but trouble. If you use even the slightest amount of pressure the cartridge falls right off. I know I have it on right I've used razors for years. Not really happy with it, probably won't get any refills and will switch to something else.

    Disappointing

    On the first shave the razor was great! But the lotion on the razor remained gummy to the point of getting in the way of the blades for the second shave. I plan to return the razor.

    Too Sharp--Razor Bumps

    I was really excited to try Billie because my friend told me how great it was. The first time I used it, I noticed it was too sharp and I got razor bumps on my legs and under my arms. I kept trying it thinking it was just first time use, but the razor bumps under my arm got worse and eventually got infected--I ended up with an abscess and Staph infection that I had to go to urgent care for. I will not be using Billie again.

    Broke before I used it

    Took it out of the box, took the plastic piece off covering the razor, razor fell off, I put it back on and the side clip broke off holding the razor and I couldn't use it.

    Like the title says, I haven’t shaved my legs for years. My skin is very sensitive. I decided I wanted to try again and I am so glad I got the Billie razor. My skin is so soft and no razor burn! Very Happy with my purchase!

    Disappointing

    One of the blades came unattached and sliced me so i switched to a new one and next thing i know one of the blades gets lifted up and unattached and sliced me again.

    Don't waste your money

    I have photos but the site doesn't ask for any, used mine once. It wouldn't stick to my shower wall so I left it on the side of the shower and the goo got so bad just sitting there I couldn't get the plastic head off and I couldn't even shave with it. Don't buy it.
