Description
The Bintiva adjustable kettlebell comes with a reinforced plastic handle and hand weight plates that are soft, safe and quiet. You may use one weight plate or up to four weight plates, depending on your needs. This system is ideal for home gyms, fitness studios, personal training, and outdoor workouts from walking weights to bootcamps. There are two 6-pound weights and two 3-pound weights allowing for a gradual increase in strength and resistance training exercises.
