[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] at first I wasn't really sure what this supplement would be used for. however, after receiving it I had went down a rabbit hole to discover it's exactly what I needed! this product is amazing for digestion aid and helps with menstrual cramps. with no flavor or scent, I found this extremely easy to take without the usual supplement taste. plenty of product for a great price, I couldn't recommend it more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this for a few weeks to aid in digestion and with postpartum. There’s no strong taste to the supplement which I appreciate. My stomach issues have been flaring up for the past few months and I think this is helping a little bit. It’s not a miracle product but when I take it the worst of my symptoms will improve shortly after. I’m hoping to see more improvements the longer I take the supplement.

They are well packaged and very clear with information and instructions on the package. I was slightly put off by the size of the pills and the taste it was a bit much for me. Instructions for serving are two pills three times a day which is quite a bit. That amount does not seem like the best value. I do like that it supports digestive health and female hormones. Smaller capsules would be easier for some that may have a hard time swollowing large pills. Also a once a day serving would fit better into most lifestyles.

This is the first time I’ve tried blessed thistle, but I noticed less bloating and inflammation almost right away! I have tummy troubles, so this was a pleasant change for me! ✨Capsules: The capsules are easy to swallow and have no strong taste. I also enjoy that these are third party tested so I can believe their claims. Overall, great vitamins!
