This is a replacement screen. The order was prompt and replaced without any trouble. I will say, I had the other screen less than 30 days and it had already cracked. I’m not rough on phones so I am a little concerned. But I am willing to try again. Thanks so much.

I liked the quality however I have a pretty protective case and the phone fell out of my car and it now has 3 cracks in it, what is the warranty policy for a replacement

Had it two weeks and it’s cracked in 4 different places. Usually I use ZAGG and have them for months before they break. I already had to put in for a replacement. And had to pay again even though I read comments from your team that it’s free replacement if it’s within 30 days

This screen protector feels very strong & durable compared to the many clear protectors I've used over the years. I like that my screen is as clear and bright. You would never know there is anything different about it . My only issue was with the application of the protector. The frame kept the protector aligned going onto the phone but I struggled with getting some of the small air bubbles out, having to lift the edge in a few places. In the end, I succeeded and I am very happy with it.

It doesn't look any different than the regular screen protector. I don't see a red light coming off of it ever.
