Booyah Baits Pond Magic 1/8 oz. Buzzbait - Firefly

Haven't used it yet,but have tested it and it runs as well as a full size one. If you like top water,this is a great addition to your arsenal.

This small bait will do a number on some bass. Since it is small and light it will bounce off weeds and wood instead of punching into the weeds. Strong enough to hold bass yet light to cast all day. Love it.

I live in the Texas Hill Country where Guadalupe Bass are indigenous to the region. These little "Hot water trout" are ferocious little fish and often don't take conventional bait like worms and swimming lures. However, they love anything white and on the surface. But NOTHING, and I mean, NOTHING catches Guads like the Pond Magic buzzbait. These things are amazing. I do modify the bait though. I pinch the grommet under the blade and I clean the paint off the flange that sits against the grommet. This induces a squeak that can be heard as far away as your farthest cast. Being that this can be pulled through many kinds of weeds (as long as you don't stop), I've had bass chase the lure through weed beds trying to catch "that critter". I've had them make an attempt 3 and 4 times before being successful. If I had to survive eating fish in Texas and could only pick one lure, the Pond Magic would be at the top of my list.

I live in central New York where huge smallmouth are hard to find! In the last year I have caught six smallmouth twenty inches or better! All were caught on boo yah pond magic buzz baits! I caught several between 16-19 inches! Last night I got another 20 on the firefly color! I never fished a buzz bait in my life until until a year ago. The results have been simply amazing! I love the junebug, red ant, firefly and firebug patterns! The only complaint I have is I can not get my hands on a limetreuse pattern to save my life! I have tried several brands but none catches smallmouth like pond magic buzz baits! Thank you for such an amazing product! I am one happy customer!
