Description

About the Book

You will be equipped to pray strategically, prepare spiritually, and stand ready for both challenge and revival in these urgent times.

Book Synopsis

Demons are diligent. Demons are consistent. Demons are specific. Demons are strategic.

The question is: are you?

Six prophetic events are converging in a narrow window of time - 2026 to 2028, and the church is either going to be ready, or it isn't. Rosh Hashanah falls on September 11, 2026. A double Purim in a Jewish leap year. The longest solar eclipse of the 21st century is crossing ten nations. A shemitah year begins seven weeks before a presidential election. A blood moon on December 31, 2028. These are not coincidences. These are alarms.

Prophetic voice Amanda Grace has been sounding those alarms for years, and now she has written the book the church needs to navigate what is coming.

Brace for Impact is not a book about fear. It is a battle plan. Amanda walks you through each prophetic event, its biblical precedent, and what it means for America and the nations. She shows you how the kingdom of darknessreads these cycles and exploits them, and exactly how the church can get ahead of it through strategic, specific, fervent intercessory prayer.

As you read, you will:

  • Understand the six converging prophetic eventsof 2026-2028 and why their collision is spiritually significant
  • Learn todiscern the voice of God in the midst of chaos and stop mistaking thunder for the Lord
  • Discover how to tear downdark altars, dismantle curses, and lock spiritual doors through targeted prayer
  • Recognize the signs in the heavens as warnings, not spectacles, and respond as a watchman, not a bystander
  • Step into the Book of Acts timeline, and the church has now entered, and fight accordingly

The days of surface-level spiritual warfare prayers aimed in the general direction of the battle are over. The kingdom of darkness won't go easy on you just because you're unprepared.

Get on the wall. The alarm is sounding.

Review Quotes

Most end-times books tell you what is coming. Brace for Impact tells you what to do about it.

Amanda Grace is not an academic or a theologian. She is a prophetic voice who has been releasing specific, dated words from the Lord for years, many of which have come to pass with documented precision. This book is the culmination of everything she has been sounding the alarm about: six prophetically significant events converging in a narrow window from 2026 to 2028, each one carrying biblical precedent and each one demanding a response from the church.

The six events, Rosh Hashanah falling on September 11, 2026; a double Purim in a Jewish leap year; the longestsolar eclipse of the 21st century crossing ten nations; a shemitah year beginning weeks before the 2028 presidential election; a blood moon on December 31, 2028, are not presented here as curiosities or talking points. They are presented as a battle map. Amanda draws on the Jewish calendar, Hebrew numerology, and biblical prophecyto show readers not just what these events mean spiritually, but how the kingdom of darkness has historically exploited such cycles and how the church can disrupt that exploitation through strategic intercessory prayer.

The book is written in Amanda's unmistakable voice - urgent, direct, sometimes blunt, and entirely unapologetic. She does not hedge. She does not soften the call. The church, in her view, has been lazy, complacent, and ill-equipped, relying on surface-level prayer aimed in the general direction of the battle while the enemy operates with the precision of a marksman. Her prescription is not a general spiritual awakening but something more specific: watchmen who know the times, intercessors who pray with the specificity of special ops, and believers who know how to discern the voice of Godwhen it sounds like thunder to everyone else.

The second half of the book pivots from prophetic events to practical theology, how to maintain your identity in a culture that is actively trying to swallow it, how to recognize the cycles the enemy uses against both individuals and nations, and how to stand firm when the fiery furnace comes. The Daniel and Babylon parallel that runs through these chapters is among the sharpest political and spiritual commentary in recent charismatic literature.

Brace for Impact also carries the weight of current events in a way few books can. It was written as history was being made - the assassination of Charlie Kirk, thesigns inthe heavens, the blood moons of 2025 and 2026, and Amanda processes these events in real time with the theological framework she has built over decades of prophetic ministry.

The appendix alone is worth the price of the book: specific prayers for tearing down dark altars, dismantling curses, activating the sword of the Spirit, and locking spiritual doors, ready to deploy.

This is not a book for the comfortable or the complacent. It is a book for the church that knows something is coming, wants to know what it is, and is willing to get on the wall.

Excerpt from Chapter 16: Maintaining Your Identity in a Dark Empire

We find ourselves living in anidentity-swallowing culture, just as Daniel found himself in the identity-swallowing culture of Babylon. We can learn some lessons from Daniel.

Nebuchadnezzar asked for the best, brightest, and most handsome young men from the royal family and the nobles of the conquered nation of Judah to be educated to serve in his court. He did this to absorb their strength and gifts into Babylon while weakening the identity of Judah by making their best citizens assimilate into Babylonian culture. Nebuchadnezzar wanted to swallow their identity as Jews, as children of Israel. Nebuchadnezzar was a vessel for the plan of the enemy, to steal, kill, and destroy the Jews, their culture, their bloodline, and the worship of the one true God.

Daniel and his friends went from freedom in Judah to exile in Babylon. They were stripped of the familiar and comfortable because God wanted them to build a new identity grounded in Him. It doesn't matter where God moves you; what matters is what He is doing in you.

Babylon vs. America

The nation of Judah became full of rebellion and idolatry, and they ended up in a dark place where the rebellion and idolatry were even worse. Does that sound familiar? As a nation, we have rebelled against the ways and will of God. We have committed idolatry, not by worshipping a figure made of wood or stone but by worshipping money, sex, entertainment, tolerance, and even ourselves.

Like Nebuchadnezzar, the enemy is after the young people in this nation. Just like Nebuchadnezzar did, the enemy is using our education system to indoctrinate and assimilate young men and women into the ways of darkness. America was founded on Judeo-Christian values, but those principles have been swallowed up one by one.

If you want to see what happens when a nation allows itself to be swallowed by the culture of Babylon and the kingdom of darkness, just look at the United Kingdom. Freedom of speech is a thing of the past. People are being arrested for daring to post the truth on social media. A woman was arrested for praying silently outside an abortion clinic. The UK has fallen victim to an Orwellian, identity-swallowing culture.

Here in the United States, so many believers are afraid to share their faith, to pray or read their Bible in public, or to stand for biblical truth. We are allowing who we are in Christ to be swallowed up by the advance of the kingdom of darkness in our nation.

But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself. Daniel's decision was intentional. He was a conquered captive who had been exiled to the land of the victors. He was risking his life and the lives of his friends. Yet Daniel was resolved to maintain his identity. He was determined to follow the Law, even when doing so put him in danger. And God honored his obedience.

Daniel didn't resent the time he spent in obscurity; he took advantage of it. In a hostile environment trying to swallow up his identity, Daniel faced the enemy with wisdom and boldness because of the power and authority of God operating through him. In the times we are currently facing, it doesn't matter how dangerous the situation, how fierce the battle, or how big the giant; the battle is the Lord's.

Just like Daniel, we can face the powers of darkness with wisdom and boldness because of the power and authority of the Spirit of God operating in and through us. The question is: will you purpose in your heart not to bow?

About the Author

Amanda Grace is a prophetic teacher, the founder of Ark of Grace Ministries, and one of the most distinctive voices in the contemporary charismatic prophetic movement. She founded Ark of Grace Ministries in 2014 with a passion to bring people into a closer relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

Her path to ministry is as unconventional as her voice. In her early thirties, Amanda faced a severe health crisis that left her paralyzed. During that period of forced stillness, she began receiving prophetic words from the Lord. Through miraculous healing, she regained her strength and emerged with a calling she has pursued without apology ever since. Her husband Chris, who survived a traumatic brain injury, remains a partner in the ministry and a living testimony to God's power in impossible circumstances.

Amanda ministers prophetically in addition to teaching the Word of God. She examines both Hebrew and Greek roots of Scripture as well as the historical context in which it was written, applying it directly to the events of our time. She is a frequent guest on Elijah Streams, The Victory Channel, and Charisma Media platforms, and her Prophetic Perspective podcast reaches a rapidly growing global audience.

Brace for Impact is her second book with FrontLine, an imprint of Charisma Media. Her first, The Revelationary War: The Epic Battle Against False Prophecy and Deception, with a contribution from Donné Clement Petruska, daughter of the late prophet Kim Clement, addressed the rise of counterfeit ministries and the urgent need for discernment in the body of Christ.

Ark of Grace Ministries is also a working animal sanctuary, currently home to over sixty rescued animals - a tangible expression of the ministry's founding call to go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

Amanda lives with her husband Chris in New York.
