Q: I find the details for this item confusing. It says there are 4 10x10' panels; that the overall dimensions are 12.59 inches (L) x 10.82 inches (W); and that this covers 9 Square Feet.
The math doesn't appear to work. What am I missing?

A: The Details for this product need to be revised. Under the Specifications, it states that the wall coverage is 9 square feet which it does not.
It actually covers less than 4 square feet.

A: The tiles are 3D and designed to look just like real tiles. They are raised a bit above the "grout" lines.

A: Yes, but if placed near a stove without a backing, please leave 15 inches (38 cm) of space or more above the range to avoid exposure to extreme heat.

Q: I would like to apply these to a metal backsplash that I attach things to with magnets. How thick are the tiles? I would like the magnets to still hold papers but am tired of the industrial look of the metal.

A: Great question. The tiles can be removed by peeling off, however, they are meant to be a more permanent design solution in order to hold up to the rigors of a busy home. This means that they have a stronger adhesive than our decals and NuWallpaper, and so could potentially take a bit of paint off a wall when removed.
Beautiful and easy to cut, but doesn’t stick well.

beautiful but doesn't stick
love the pattern and it looks SO legit- but it doesn't stick well. pieces peeled at the corners less than a month after purchasing, and we ended up returning.
