This is a great size for the price and is a perfectly balanced mix of veggies. I pick these up and tend to prepare them in a pot to boil or steam. They could easily be poured out onto a crudite tray or a bowl for dippers into hummus.
I love to have these on hand because it makes preparing a quick healthy dinner so fast and easy! They are unbeatable in adding simplicity to busy evening meals or tossing food out for weekend get togethers.
