A: This light fixture is used more for decorative lighting and may not provide sufficient brightness for the entire work area or office when used alone.

Q: How bright is this light, and can I just put one bulb in? Currently we have old flourecent lighting which needs to be replaced in our kitchen. I'm looking for something that's soft and not too bright.

A: This light can be fitted with one bulb, but the visual effect may be poor, two E26 bulbs are recommended. For a softer light effect, use low-wattage incandescent bulbs or dimmable LED bulbs (with dimmer required) for easy adjustment of brightness.
