Three predrilled holes don't fit connectors
three out of four leg support hex bolts wont fit. They wont slide thru predrilled connection holes. Ive tried for hours and am fed up. Others cant get them to work too.

Misalignment in assembly
The holes below the bar on one of the legs don’t line up. I missed the return window so will have to figure out a fix so it is stable. Don’t feel safe. I had three different people try to get it to go through. Other than that it seems well made and sturdy, relatively easy to assemble,

replacement "fix" for broken E-clips
You can replace the broken E-clips with bolts that are 10-24x1 1/2 bolts and double nuts

plastic E-clips break off
We have 2 of these safety rails and like the design but 5 of the 8 (4 per rail) black plastic E-clips on the 2 safety rails have broken and there don't seem to be replacement parts available.

A very good product.
We've been using unit for a couple of weeks now. I bought this for my Dad and really like that it's not attached to the toilet. They had one that was attached to the toilet but it broke the toilet seat screws that hold it in place and it wasn't a joy to clean. This unit is quite strong, my Dad is rather large and and claims this is stronger than the last unit. It moves easily out of the way when it's time to clean and you don't have the mess you can get from an attached unit. While it moves easily, as soon as one puts pressure on it the feet hold it well, so there are no worries of it sliding out from under you. It took about five minutes to put together, very easy, no tools needed. This is a good sturdy unit and we are very happy with it.

Great product!
Fits nicely over the toilet and is very sturdy. Very easy to assemble. I bought one for my husband when he was ill and it helped tremendously. I found that I needed it myself a few times, so we leave it in the bathroom permanently. I recently bought another for my elderly mother, who needs assistance with just about everything.
