Distilled by a 4th generation family of Mezcaleros, this artisanal mezcal embodies a deep commitment to traditional methods and superior quality. Each step in making Casamigos Mezcal, from harvesting to distillation, reflects a time-honored approach. Agave pinas are split and slow-cooked in earthen pits lined with volcanic rocks, imparting the signature smoky flavor. After cooling, the agave is crushed using a traditional Tahona wheel and ferments for 6-8 days before being double distilled in copper pot stills. Crystal clear, Casamigos Mezcal boasts a fragrant aroma of herbal and fruity notes with subtle smoke. The palate is a balanced mix of tamarind, pomegranate, mint, and black pepper, finished with a smooth, smoky touch. This is a good option if you are getting into Mezcal or don’t like the super smoky ones. It’s a bit lighter and also a bit sweet with some pepper and citrus. It’s smooth and easy to sip on. If you’re more into smoky Mezcal’s, this may not be the option for you since there are definitely other bottles that offer more depth in that area of flavor.

Tequila with a crisp
Liquor that is mouthwatering with a crisp flavor that smell’s intense. After creating a delicious drink for a relaxing evening, has a great strength for a refreshing cocktail. Doesn’t have a bitter flavor and crisp finish.

Taste like charcoal.
Taste like charcoal & firewood. Unless you’re mixing this to make a certain taste im not sure who will enjoy this neat or for shots. Very strong coal taste. Like i bit into a burnt piece of bread that was on fire & burned.
