Discruntled customer

I tried to cancel this order because my granddaughter that lives out of state because it was too small and they didn't offer a adult size in it. I'm disabled and live out of town and elderly and called the number my daughter gave me but a lady named Pam was rude and said she couldn't cancel my order.i don't have a computer or printer. Only a iPad. So I can't return it or print a label. Target will loose my buisness and my family's also in the future. I'm very disappointed and on a fixed income. I asked Pam for the corporate r head quarters and she said I was calling it and I asked for the address and she told me to look it up online
