The way the tray was made on the bottom leaves a ridge down the center. Unfortunately, that ridge is higher than the rest of the bottom of the tray so it doesn't sit flush and rocks. Worse, if you actually place something in the tray, the weight (think bar of soap, 4 oz or so) will cause the test to become even more unbalanced and spin when touched. All in all not great, but not worth the headache of returning it.

Received chipped item, that’s not how the item was pictured and they thought it was okay to send me a chipped tray and waste my time and money. Who would send out a chipped item and be totally okay and cool with it. Waste of time and money now, could of been something nice really disappointed with this exchange

Overall, the trays are decent. I ordered two, and one of them is slightly misshapen along one edge, and the other has small bubbles in the glaze across the surface of it. When I was unpacking them, I also noticed that they were covered in a very fine white powder that got all over my hands. I washed it off, but it was slightly disconcerting. They'll probably serve their purpose, but I am a bit disappointed in the quality.
