Michael Schupbach is an Emmy-award winning art director, creative director, and puppeteer. In a first for CDQ, Michael builds us an exclusive puppet, showing how character design skills transfer into the real world. As well as an in-depth tutorial on the puppet's construction, Michael speaks to us about his illustrious career, including his time working on Sesame Street.

Lobón Leal is an illustrator and concept artist, who recently successfully funded a unique sketchbook project on Kickstarter.
