About the Author

Norman Bridwell was the author and illustrator of numerous children's books, including the beloved Clifford series. The delightful stories about a big red dog named Clifford and his friend, Emily Elizabeth, have sold over 126 million copies in 13 languages!
Anastasiia Drakova was born and raised in Kyiv, Ukraine. After graduating as an engineer, she worked at several advertising and design agencies, where her role included both design and illustration. Later, she moved to Italy to pursue a career as an illustrator. She shares her workspace with a black stray cat she adopted and cared for during several months of recovery. The cat has since become her beloved companion and a source of joy. In addition to her creative work, she enjoys traditional archery, participates in medieval events, and sews her own medieval dresses.
