These are SO good! Perfectly chewy with a slight crisp on the edges. I can see why they sell out so quickly. Get some if you can!

I’m picky with my gingerbread and it’s so hard to find a good dough but this one is EXCELLENT! I’m so impressed. The flavor, texture, everything is perfect. Heading back to buy more!

Perfect ginger cookies at home! Soft and chewy.

For a ready-to-bake dough, these gingerbread cookies are quite good! I rolled them in sugar before baking and baked about 30 seconds shy of the instructions. They came out with a nice crisp cracked top and chewy inside. They could have a bit stronger ginger flavor for my taste, but as I love molasses cookies, too, really anywhere on that spectrum works for me : )

Oh my Word, these are seriously delicious! Run, no walking, R~U~N & get them while available. Perfect chocolate treat, they bake up beautifully & are absolutely crafe-worthy. Soft(er) texture yet a lil' crisp around the edges. Exactly what a cookie should be. If you like bakery fresh cookies, this is the ticket. Chocolate with a perfect hint of mint, not overpowering. Refreshing. Love being able to take out a few & vaje as needed. If craving a brownie, no need to stir 'em up or make a mess. Rolled ours into lil' golf ball size portions & slightly flattened with palm of my hand. Highly Recommend & would purchase again in a heartbeat. (OK - just did!) Stocking some away for when the craving hits. Majes the house smell good too. Target needs to carry these YEAR ROUND! I purchased the gingerbread too (thought about rolling out fir holidays instead of making from scratch) & they're equally delish. Taste almost as good as scratch & no work except popping them in the oven. Surprised the Cocoa peppermint won me over & is my #1 recommendation.

These are delicious for a ready made cookie dough. It's hard to find gingerbread dough already made and these are wonderful and easy! Will definitly buy these on repeat!

I usually bake from scratch but picked these up on a whim the other day and was ever so pleasantly surprised! These cookies are soft and chewy without being too sweet and the ginger flavor is nicely present in each bite. I rolled each square before placing them on the baking sheet to get the classic gingerbread cookie look.

Don’t sleep on these. These bake up to be tasty tender cookies. You can customize them by rolling them in coarse sugar before baking or dipping partially in a glaze etc. Did I mention they are the perfect portion size.

These taste great! They have a nice true peppermint taste mixed well with the cocoa. The white chocolate chips are balanced within the cookies.

I honestly don’t have anything bad to say about these cookies. They’re delicious! Chewy texture with those yummy holiday flavors so bold and pronounced. My go to cookies until I can get my hands on them anymore.
