Bought this last week to soften my beard. After realizing it made no difference with the first wash I started using it nearly everyday figuring maybe you just had to keep repeating the process. Nope! Makes no difference. This stuff is useless

I’m not sure what texture or length of hair this is meant for, but it did absolutely nothing for my beard. I would suggest finding a real beard washout conditioner and not waste your money on this “scruff softener”. I will say that the peppermint scent is delightful though. Don’t buy.

I received a bottle of this as a gift and have used it regularly over the last few weeks. This is especially great to use when you're first starting to grow your beard because scruff doesn't hold beard oil as well as longer hair, so the hair can often feel dry and crunchy. This cream has a calming mint smell that isn't overpowering, and it leaves your facial hair feeling much softer after leaving it on for a few minutes.

No more minty than toothpaste. Makes beard hair noticeably softer after applying, and helps make mask-wearing much more comfortable as I grow out my pandemic beard. Not sure if it does anything beneficial for the skin underneath, but certainly not causing more issues.
