Q: Can this be used outside? Will the wheels withstand that?

This double doll stroller will fit any doll up to 20 inches in length, including American Girl, My Life As, Our Generation, Ashton Drake and Madame Alexander, as well as 15 inch dolls such as Bitty Baby and Wellie Wishers. Q: Will this stroller be able to adjust to a hight that an 8 year old could push the stroller without bending so far down.
A: The handle adjusts from 17.5-26 inches. It would depend on the height of the child, if 26 inches would be comfortable for them.
