[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got these pliers - and I really like them. the handles are very comfortable - and are an easy grip. I especially like the long needle nose pliers - they are smooth and easy to handle. I feel like I am handling a quality pair of pliers instead if what usually end up with.

Just got these pliers - and I really like them. the handles are very comfortable - and are an easy grip. I especially like the long needle nose pliers - they are smooth and easy to handle. I feel like I am handling a quality pair of pliers instead if what usually end up with.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pliers seems to be your basic steel needlenose pliers, with a silver 'titanium' coating, and large handles, made of clear plastic with a somewhat softer blue plastic overmold. The handles are very comfortable to hold and to squeeze, however they are a bit difficult to open due to the size of the molded handles and the fact that they do not open under spring force. The cutter does a good job of cutting monofilament fishing line, but not so well cutting braided line. The packaging says to rinse with fresh water and to lightly oil the hinge, which is good advise, since I believe these are regular steel rather than stainless (the hinges weep rusty fluid early on). I'm sure that, with the proper care, they will work well and last a long time.

The overall quality is very good. They froze stuck after a handful of used though we think due to the saltwater. A good oil soak restored them!
