I am not an expensive wine drinker but cupcake is really quite average for me. merlot usually is my go to and this one sorta gets the job done if you want a reasonably priced wine.

I like the cupcake wines generally speaking. My preference is the red velvet. Not a big merlot drinker even though red wine is my preference. As far merlot goes it was nice.

This is a cheap wine thats actually not bad to sip on. Pretty dark fruit forward. Easy drinking so good on its own or with food. Its not complex or anything but it tastes just fine

I'm kind of picky with my red wings, but you can never go wrong with a merlot from Cupcake! Its on the sweeter side but its rich as well and it smells heavenly as well. Great with beef or to pair along with a dessert like chocolate. If you like trying new wines, please give this one a try.
