Paid For But Never Delivered

My gift recipient never received gift their cards. Tracking number was invalid. Target cart saying the gift cards were delivered when the post office is even saying it wasn't. Now I'm out $100. Disappointed, as a longtime Target Circle member. Not sure what to do now with this. :(

Dont buy

Target said would be here by a certain date, didn’t receive in time for event. Called and was told couldn’t cancelled even though it was still in process/hadn’t shipped and targets delivery was supposed to be 2 days prior to then. Was told I couldn’t return when it did get it. So now out the money.

If I could give zero stars I would

Don't purchase. I bought this as a gift for someone and had to resend the e-gift card to their email. To find out the e-gift card does not work. Target customer service did not help me whatsoever and told me to call their Target gift card team. I'm still getting the run around with zero assistance on a possible refund or reissue of a gift card.
