Awful wine at an awful price
Acidic, unpleasant to drink, overpriced. If you like a big box of red wine, and you have an Aldi in your area, try their Cabernet Sauvignon by Winking Owl, it's around $5 cheaper but far better than this or Trader Joe's boxed wines (unlike some other of their private label items, they don't appear to be the same item at both stores in different packaging)

Too sweet for a dark red and poor flavor. Was on sale for $1 cheaper than bota box for the same volume. This isn't even worth half that.

Avid box drinker here (and avid wine drinker in general). I have found that this is my very favorite boxed wine. It's pretty darn smooth for an inexpensive wine! All of the Wine Cube offerings have been a success so far!

This has an off-putting taste. I have tasted a few bottles wines that have a similar flavor and they were in the 4-6 dollar range and were older vintages just to give reference. There are strong earthy notes that I can’t get past. I have been drinking red wines (all different varietals) for over 10 years and make it a point to try new ones frequently and I just can’t drink this one. I keep avoiding it like the plague.

A Must-have for a glass to unwind at the end of your day!
This is the awesome everyday wine. It's amazing and smooth, and you don't feel guilty drinking a glass with dinner since it's low cost. Great to unwind from your work day and relax. Goes well also with any beef, or cheese/meat tray or chocolate. So glad I decided to try it! It's the BEST box wine I've purchased ever. I'll tried MANY to find one to drink casually, at home, but not open a new bottle, and worry about it going bad in a day or so if I didn't finish it. It really has rich juicy flavor, but very smooth, low tannins.
