First off... the smell!! I am IN HEAVEN. It is everything I have been searching for since I was 11 years old. It smells like the Deluctable Coconut hand lotion. Just WONDERFUL. Also, my hair is so soft. So very silky. And no knots. I COMBED through my hair. Not brushed. Combed. It was that easy. I swear, this will be the only conditioner I use. And Ill be buying the matching shampoo. I only wish they had a body wash too... Oh and did I mention their natural ingredients? ALL ORGANIC!

There is nothing wrong with it. It is mild. But it does nothing for the dry hair. After 4 uses. Nothing has improved. I generally like Desert Essence products

Best Shampoo Ever!
I love this shampoo! It keeps my dry scalp balanced and thick hair soft. I find that using this, I only have to wash my hair every few days. I alternate with other shampoos and keep the flakes away. Very subtle scent, nearly unscented and ethical brand with no animal testing or chemicals. My hair and scalp love it, so I highly recommend it.

Love this shampoo!
My hubby and I both love this shampoo and have used it for 10+ years. No parabens or sulfates which is really important to me, but still lathers very well and doesn't feel heavy or weighs down your hair. We love the coconut smell - it's not too strong. I do rotate out with the DE fragrance free every few months since that's recommended for hair.

I have naturally curly hair which is dry and kinky. I used this one time and fell in love!!! It left my hair clean and very very soft and not weighed down amd greasy. No harsh chemicals. I wish had found this shampoo a long long time ago

Great for my dry / color-treated hair
I've been using this product for several years. I've never had to change products to get this one to "work again". My scalp is oily while my ends are dry. This conditioner doesn't make my scalp greasy like some other conditioners did. Fabulous product!

Great conditioner
