Digicom LTD - Happy Go Lovely

When Janet Jones (Vera Ellen) is late for rehearsal she is mistakenly given a ride in B. G. Bruno's (David Niven) limousine, a man she has never met or seen. Rumors start that Janet is engaged to the wealthiest man in Scotland, B. G. Bruno. Jack Frost (Cesar Romero), Janet's employer, has just had the star of his show walk out on him, due to Jack's desperate financial circumstances. Believing the rumors of Janet's engagement to Bruno, Jack replaces the star with Janet, hoping that Bruno will finance his show. Bruno begins receiving bills from the theater and goes there to investigate. Janet mistakes Bruno for a reporter named Paul Tracy (Gordon Jackson), who was going to interview her. However, when Bruno arrives at the theater he finds Janet very attractive and does not correct her error in assuming he is a reporter. Lots of twists and turns lead Bruno and Janet to fall in love in this wonderful romantic British comedy! (94 minutes - 1951 - Color - 4:3).
