The Directed® DSM550 SmartStart Pro 4G LTE GPS Module lets you use your smartphone to not only remote-start your car, but to locate it, lock it, or unlock it and so much more using the Directed SmartStart® app. However, to remote start, your car must already be equipped with a compatible remote start system. SmartStart Pro is optimized for use with the Directed® groundbreaking DS4/DS4+ platform and delivers scorching speed with 4G LTE connectivity and futureproof design to ensure support for new features as they are developed. It uses a simplified, 1-piece wiring harness for faster, cleaner installs. The module is plug for plug compatible with existing installations. A 1- to 3-year subscription to a SmartStart Secure or GPS Premium service plan is required.
