Beware of risks
I had down east unfiltered cider twice in December, and twice experienced intense and almost immediate food poisoning. This is the risk of drinking unfiltered/unpasteurized cider, but surely this is too common to be acceptable.

Love that I can taste the skin!
Not too sweet, not too dry. I swear I can taste some skin like on a granny Smith apple. New favorite!
