The strraight push-in couplers were very difficult to push into the vinyl tubuing. I had to chamfer the tubing end and insert a rod of diameter greater than the ID to expand it.

I cannot get the feeder to stay stuck to the window. I even ordered new suction cups from you, but it still falls down. I cleaned the window with alcohol. Is there some trick I don't know? Any suggestions short of super glue will be appreciated. I'd like to give it five starts. I love all my other Droll Yankee feeders.

The suction cups are too large to fit into the slots. Is there some special way to insert them? Not flexible enough to narrow them down to fit the slots.

Love this feeder! Bringing the birds up close and personal is such a delight, and I find my dog observing them with great curiosity. Observing these tiny wonders has brought such joy and peace.

At your finger tips You can almost hear their words if they do not want to share the feeder My cat enjoys it almost as much as we do I am quite sure however his rapid "words" are not as mine... awesome so pretty...Sturdy easy fill so glad I purchased
