This is a great seed blend! We put it in a brand new hopper feeder and it only took a couple of days for the birds to find it and start coming constantly. We also put some suet out and this seed blend is much more popular. Eating from the feeder, we see a lot of goldfinches, house finches, house sparrows, and common grackles. We've also seen the occassional robin or mourning dove foraging any seeds lost to the ground (as well as squirrels). "Waste free" seems to be an accurate name as the birds are leaving nothing behind. The 5 lb bag lasted us exactly one month. The only downside is this blend is a bit pricey.

Birds didn't like this
I didn't think there could be a bird seed that the birds wouldn't eat but this is it. I put ths out and they would not eat this. I usually have a different brand but I decided to try this and I'm sorry I did.

My birds have disappeared since putting this in my feeder :( Normally I fill my feeder every week. Going to give it to the squirrels I guess and buy local like I usually do, but our store was closed.

Just what the bird doctor ordered! :)
If there was a wild bird doctor, I’m sure they would recommend this product. I’ve been using it for many months now and I’ve been very satisfied. The term “waste free” is great. The birds eat everything. If they leave anything behind, then the squirrels, chipmunks and raccoons eat it. The feeding area stays much cleaner than if using a seed blend with shells. I would definitely recommend this product.

What a great mess-free blend!
I have purchased this blend twice so far...once with 30% off, which made it even more appealing. Thanks, Target Circle! I use another waste-free seed blend (that Target quit carrying and I now buy from Amazon) as the bulk of the seed in a platform feeder, and add these gems to the mix. Birds and squirrels love it. I find a few cast-off raisins from time to time, but everything else is gobbled up quickly. Please don't stop carrying this one, Target!

Not what I ordered
I ordered the Waste Free Nut & Fruit blend but instead received the Nut, Fruit & Berry blend. I will still use this since I get so many birds in my backyard and at my cottage. It will not go to waste! I can’t wait for spring to arrive so I can start filling all my bird feeders. I was looking forward to trying the waste free blend because I dislike all the seed shells leftover from a bag of bird seed.

Birds love it!
I love this bird seed! It attracts to many different bird species to my feeders. There's constantly some feeding from fom them! It has no fillers and everything birds love like papaya, raisons, sunflower hearts, pumpkin seeds and peanuts. If you want to attract a lot of birds to your yard I highly recommend.

Great smelling, high quality, seed mix
We have loved feeding the birds with this mix. We've attracted so many new varieties of birds to our yard who we don't normally see, simply by putting out this high quality food. It has a great mix of nuts and fruit and smells great (unlike a lot of other bird seeds I've used in the past).

This bird seed has a variety and is welcoming for all sorts of birds! I love that it has the fruit and nuts, the birds around me prefer this! Once i switched to this seed I have seen many more birds coming in to eat! There is little waste when they are munching away!

I don't have birds but used this to share bird food with the birds that visit our backyard. Needless to say it was very popular and was eaten quite quickly. We enjoyed the chirping sounds and the view.
