Charming & can be read year round
* 3/5 Steam Rating * Part of a character connected series but can be read as a standalone. * Alternating POV; Friends-to-Lovers A Princess for Christmas was one of my favorite books last year, so I was excited to read Max & Dani’s story. I found this one had fewer holiday vibes than the previous book, which would make for a more all around year read. Although these characters started off the book already knowing each other, it was a bit of a slow burn; a little slower than I would have preferred. The overall storyline was charming but a bit predictable, which I don’t really mind in a holiday romance. With all that said, I enjoyed the banter between Dani & Max and I loved seeing a whole new serious side to Max. Max was the kind of person that everyone deserves to have in their life.
