It also works well in recipes and baking. There were also no side effects, or stomach issues like a lot of whey protein products cause. I definitely recommend this if you're trying to build/maintain muscle and add extra protein to your diet.

My husband mixed it with a scoop of his whey protein and really liked it - said he may switch to add it into his routine. Great to add in as additional protein, but I was hoping adding it in would help with fullness which it does not.

The taste is really good Vanilla that's not too sweet or powdery. I started to add this to my oatmeal as well and it tastes fantastic. As a working single mom, I am constantly on the go, and Dymatize Casein Protein Powder allows me to have a protein smoothie as a meal replacement on the go in between spinning class and my son's football practice so I don't have to eat dinner late at night right before bed. The Dymatize Casein Protein Powder improved satiety so I don't go home and ransack the kitchen for snacks when we get home. It also tasted great, like a vanilla milkshake, and blended very well with frozen fruit and milk, which made it easier to make a healthy choice for myself. I was thoroughly pleased with the amount of product, as I use protein drinks EVERY day! It was easy to blend, had a pleasant taste, and even gave me a boost of energy! I exercise 4 times a week, so I need all of the protein and energy that I can get! I also used it to make protein rich, no bake energy balls! They were so yummy! I even decided to put a little in my no added sugar keto banana bread! I'd definitely recommend, and will be purchasing on my own!

I had no issues consuming it on its own (in water), but i do generally prefer to make a quick smoothie with fruits and greens when i use protein. The taste was great, and it does mix well. I have no complaints, but i also didnt find anything particularly special about this protein.
