The Ring follows a young New York lawyer who receives two rings - one from her fiancé and one that will lead her on an unforgettable adventure.

On her twenty-seventh birthday, New York lawyer Cristina Wilson receives a diamond engagement ring from her fiancé, Mike, a wealthy stockbroker. Later that day, a messenger from Barcelona delivers a beautiful antique jewel, a ruby set in bone, from a mysterious sender. Cristina wears them both, unaware that they are incompatible. The ruby soon works its mysterious effects, giving her strange and unsettling dreams.

Cristina is swept away to Spain to attend the reading of her godfather's will, where she reunites with her first love, Oriol, and soon the powerful attraction that once overwhelmed them in their adolescent years is rekindled. Together Cristina and Oriol embark on an odyssey in search of a Templar treasure that has remained hidden for centuries in a place that only they can uncover. About the Author

Jorge Molist (Barcelona, 1951) es un escritor que descubriÃ3 su pasiÃ3n por la lectura y la escritura en la biblioteca municipal del barrio de El Raval, donde pasÃ3 su infancia. Debido a dificultades econÃ3micas, comenzÃ3 a trabajar a los 14 años como aprendiz en una imprenta y màs tarde en talleres mecànicos y de reparaciÃ3n de radios y televisores, mientras completaba el bachillerato nocturno. EstudiÃ3 IngenierÃ-a Industrial, financiando sus estudios con diversos trabajos, desde peÃ3n de obra hasta tÃ(c)cnico en una central nuclear en Francia. Tras graduarse, realizÃ3 un màster en direcciÃ3n de empresas y desarrollÃ3 una exitosa carrera profesional en grandes corporaciones, viviendo en distintas zonas de Estados Unidos y gestionando negocios en AmÃ(c)rica y Europa. En 1996, retomÃ3 su pasiÃ3n por la escritura y publicÃ3 su primera novela, Los muros de JericÃ3, en el año 2000. En 2008, dejÃ3 su puesto como director general de Paramount Pictures Home Entertainment en España para dedicarse por completo a la escritura.
