These have saved my sanity. When I found out I had to exclusively pump I immediately started looking for a good wearable pump and I can say I love my elvies!

best wearable hands down. quiet and low profile

I was lucky to get maybe 1oz out total with these pumps. I usually got 5oz or more with a regular pump! Do not waste $500 on these. These will ruin your supply.

I got the double pump and one of them doesn’t work sometimes. In the app it shows that the milk is flowing but when I check the pump there is no milk at all. Don’t rely on their app, always check to see if the milk is actually flowing.

Most terrible customer service I have ever experienced unfortunately…I have sent multiple emails and called - and they seem to avoid or dismiss my concerns. I bought an Elvie and tried to return it due to having another Mother lend me her breast pump. They have not gotten back to me about my return and I returned the Elvie over three weeks ago. It is extremely concerning as obviously it is not a cheap breast pump.

I’ve returned these a week after I received them and it has been 2 months going on 3 months for my return . And turns out they been giving me the run around because they did not know where it was ! I’m still in the process of the return !

Love the convenience and discreet pumping. Had a battery issue on one side not taking charge properly but Elvie support quickly rectify it with replacement unit.

Super simple set up and not difficult to use, but it wasn't as effective as I'd hoped. It took about 40 minites to pump 3oz when it only takes about 7 with my plug in pump. I am sure if I was sitting at a desk and it didn't matter if I had it on for an hour it would be awesome! Just isn't the right set up for me on a daily basis.

My other Spectra S2 pump is way more efficient at expressing breast milk. Sometimes I'm not able to get any breast milk out with the Elvie pump. I feel like I wasted a lot of money. I was hoping it would give me freedom for pumping but it didn't

Reliable, more effective than my non-wearable pump, and user-friendly assembly and app!

Product was not delivered. USPS was no help. Elvie customer support is very nice but also is no help. Customer support escalated the case and I was told I'd hear back in 24-48 hours. I called back 3 days later and got the same response (24-48 hours). I've been calling back every 2 days since and always get the same response; it's been weeks now. At one point I asked customer support on the phone if they could offer a coupon to buy a new pump and they told me they'd let me know later that day via email. Later that day they sent me an email saying that they'd let me know if they can offer a discount; multiple days later and nothing else has been communicated. It is clear that the customer support team is not empowered to help the customers. I'd recommend buying from any other competitor just due to customer service issues. Product is probably fine. Who knows.

I am transitioning back to work and was hoping this would be the answer to pumping in the car and in situations I can’t get to my plug in unit. However my outputs are terrible with these pumps. And my customer service experience has not been great- the chat disconnected prior to resolution.

I purchased an Elvie pump in early July and have spent weeks trying to get a simple invoice so I can submit it to my insurance. Despite calling customer service multiple times, sending several emails, and using the chat feature, I still have not received the proof of purchase. This should be a basic, straightforward request — yet Elvie has made it incredibly difficult. The lack of follow-through, clear communication, or accountability from their customer service team has been beyond frustrating. It’s disappointing that a company catering to postpartum and breastfeeding parents — a time when efficiency and support matter most — has made something so simple feel like pulling teeth. It leaves a very bad taste in my mouth about the company as a whole. I expected more from a brand marketing itself as innovative and supportive of mothers.

After “doing my research,” comparing my options, and reading and watching way too many reviews, I’m bought my first pair of Elvie’s 4 years ago in 2021 before going to work after my first was born. I used them ~5x a dayto/at/from work for a year. Cleaned them up and packed them away. Then I did it all over again in 2023 with my second. Now on my third

I wanted to like this pump so bad but it’s let me down every single time. I’m an overproducer and pump 5-7oz in 20 minutes with two other pumps I’ve used. With the Elvie the max I’ve ever pumped in 25-30 mins is 2oz but it is usually just droplets. It is such a waste of time. It leaks, doesn’t pull enough milk, the parts are extremely expensive, the pump randomly dies despite being charged a few hours before leaving the house, it always disconnects from the phone/app. I’ve spent so much money on new flanges and so much time on it. It’s such a waste.

I have used this pump for both my kids. It’s saved me mentally because I have had over supply and needed to pump regularly before nursing. Great on the go. Like any hands free pump, you need to charge and clean it often. Always take a charging cord in the car with you! Long after I was done using it, I ended up pulling it back with my next pregnancy (3 years later) and I couldn’t get it to work. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new one!
