    Bad quality

The first time I fitted it to my car it broke. The quality is very poor; I wouldn't buy it again. It was an unnecessary expense for such a bad product.

    Three uses only?

The product seemed to work great the first few times, and then the spring in the back holding both arms came off.

    1 star is too high

It is poorly made and designed. The mount grips failed to release and reset after 2 uses.
