Description

The Equadose V2 tablet splitter builds on the success of our original cutter. It also offers twin blades that create a split point to give you perfect halves every time. One blade comes down from the top, and and the other comes up from the bottom. The Stainless Steel blades are angled as in the original version, so that the V2 will never dull like traditional razor-blade cutters. In addition to retaining these key components, we have listened to our customers, and added a centering device to this version. Now centering is a breeze! The V2 will split everything from large, hard Calcium supplements...to small, soft pills with ease and accuracy.

It is easy to clean but you want to make sure it’s out of reach for children, because the cover comes off easy and that’s where the blade is. I do recommend this product and put it in your medicine cabinet. It cuts it straight too! Accurate

Precise cut every time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love, love, love this pill cutter!! It’s not easy cutting a pill that’s ER but this little guy does the job perfectly every time!! Not only am I able to cut the pill in half, I can cut the half in half. It’s that accurate!! No assembly required. Comes ready to use. And it’s small enough to fit in my purse.

Perfect cut but need hand dexterity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pill cutter makes halving a pill so much more accurate than the cutter I used previously. From the picture included, the pill on the left was cut by my old cutter- and I only made it down the middle occasionally. The pill would move as I was cutting and so it was not very accurate. This pill cutter holds the pill in place really well, and it cuts in half perfectly. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it is sometimes hard to get the pill into the machine if you have limited dexterity. My hands are only just beginning to get a little arthritis, and I was already having trouble centering the pill.

The double-blade design really makes a difference — pills split evenly with minimal dust or crumbling, even for smaller or odd-shaped tablets. The measurement guides and pill-holding area keep everything steady, so you don’t have to worry about pills slipping as you cut. Cleaning is also simple. If you regularly split medication, this cutter is absolutely worth it for the accuracy and consistency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pill cutter works pretty good. I’d say that the best thing about it is it cuts pretty much exactly in half which is great. There is no crushing and it’s easy to transport with you if you need it. I would say it does take a little more time to cut your pills in half this way, but it does work great otherwise.
