  • A: The serving size is 2 TBSP. The spoon is usually given in the "starter kit" so I don't believe they have one in the bags. I LOVE this creamer.

I have been going through

I have been going through several tragedies in my life since I started using it, one of witch was being put on antibiotics for Lyme. I usually get really sick and have allergic reactions for any antibiotic. I really didn't have much of a reaction this time. The only thing different is the Dose. I love how it creams up my teas and doesn't cause tummy issues that dairy ones do. My only request is that they make it with flavors.

The best!

I have used dose for maybe 3 years now. LOVE IT! The flavor is delicious and I like most of the other products. I tried a different mushroom coffee prior to dose and hated the flavor, happy I gave mushroom coffee another chance 😊🍄☕️

Healthy Glow Up for hair, skin, nails

Been using the Creamer+ now for one year. I’m amazed at how quickly my hair and nails are growing and feeling stronger. My skin feels youthful and doesn’t dry out so fast. Can’t wait to try some of the limited edition flavor creamers next.

Creamer is Delicious

It is rare when something good for you tastes THIS GOOD. I love this creamer so much I cant drink my coffee without it anymore! I know Im supposed to use it for the health benefits but this is so much more…. The velvety smooth richness is delightful. Love it!
