Strong Flavor, No Added Color
This cheddar has a very strong, sharp flavor, which may be a bit much for some. My husband was not a fan because of how bold the taste is, but I personally appreciated it. This was one of the only cheddars I could find without added coloring, which is important to me. I wish more cheeses were offered without added color, since it doesn’t affect taste. A good option if you like a stronger cheddar and want a more natural ingredient list.

Good and Gather Aged White Cheddar
The Good and Gather Aged White Cheddar is absolutely my favorite cheese. It says it’s aged for 2 years. It’s a great texture, a bit in the moist side and has a really sharp and salty taste to it. It went great with crackers but would be delicious in macaroni and cheese or slides in a salad. Eating it with pears was a favorite in my house. I received an incentive to write this review.

You can’t go wrong with cheddar cheese and this was delicious! Aged for 2 years, was the perfect addition to my charcuterie board with the girls. Pairs perfectly with some crackers and after one bite, it leaves you wanting more! The price point is just right and love that target sells a variety of delicious cheese at an affordable price.
