Not same quality
purchased this item around 2015-2017; sadly lost it and was happy when it was still in stock. Unfortunately the black, pebbled leather style is nothing like the first one. See past photos in review. The new one (2025) is less textured and looks more plastic. Same size and convenience. I will likely return it.

Color looks much darker than site photo
The item I received is much darker than Target's stock photo online. I took a screenshot of their image and put it next to the brown that I received. They really should update their photos. Besides that, the item itself has a soft thin material that I can see would scratch easily. I don't even see how this provides any protection for any glasses you put inside of it. Maybe it is worthwhile if you use it for Dollar Tree reader glasses.

So cute! I use this as my sunglass holder because it’s thinner and less intrusive, and I can also open it with one hand if I’m driving. It’s obviously not going to have as much protection as a hard shell, but I’ve found the only thing my glasses are prone to are glass scratches, and this will prevent that.

I have prescription glasses, so always struggle with where to put them when I want to wear sunglasses while out and about. I don't like carrying a hard case around, so thought it might be useful to find a glassescase that could clip onto my purse. Turns out there aren't many options out there, but this was the nicest one! Because of the clip-on handle, it clips easily onto my purse strap or I can tie it onto the handle of a reusable grocery bag. It protects my glasses with the soft inside and looks really nice. I also found it really easy and convenient to open. So happy with it! Look forward to using it all summer.
