We got this brick of feta to make the viral TikTok pasta (which we have made many times before with different brand feta) and the texture and flavor was not great. It did not melt well and the flavor did not taste very much like feta cheese. It had a little bit of an artificial taste and texture.

In a word: TASTELESS. As a Greek American, I know GREAT FETA, and it’s at an established deli in Flushing, NY — Mediterranean Tastes — more than an hour from where I am now. Having tried others, I’ve yet to find anything comparable — and these “Good & Gather” crumbles would more aptly be called “Gross & Never.” ❌

Used to be excellent
I stopped buying this brand about 7 months ago. It had an odd appearance and had no feta smell. The curds were hard, almost as if they were unrefrigerated for a period of time. I switched to a different brand, which was not available the last time I shopped. Again I purchased this one. And again, a big disappointment. I don't know if this is an issue in all stores but it needs to be addressed.
