Good grief so many seeds almost like they threw in extra for fun 😂 I thought it was priced fairly well so maybe this is why Flavor was okay but I mixed in a smoothie so hard to know for sure

One nice thing about frozen fruit is that it is supposedly frozen at its peak so the flavor is great. I had not tried this mix before (for smoothies); when I opened the bag, it smelled like fruit punch (not a bad thing). I did notice, as another reviewer mentioned, that there were not many strawberries (or even raspberries for that matter); it looked like mainly a purple/blue mix of fruit dotted with occasional red fruit. That said, mixed up with a cup of milk and sweetened lightly, it is delightful in a smoothie, and perhaps due to the mix of berries, is one of the more economical choices from the G&G frozen fruit selection.
