Add a little extra color to your plate with these Frozen Mixed Vegetables from Good & Gather™. This bag of mixed veggies features a tasty blend of carrots, corn, green beans and peas for a quick addition to any meal. Enjoy them with a savory pot roast, grilled pork chops or pan-fried tofu. These mixed veggies are a good source of vitamin A. Simply toss them in the microwave in the steam-in bag for a tasty side that is ready in minutes.

Directions: Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Microwave
Do not puncture or open before microwaving.
1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside. 
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 1/2 minutes or until hot.**
3. Let stand 1 minute.  Bag will be hot; lift from corners. Open carefully. 
**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.
Stovetop
1. Combine vegetables and 1/4 cup water in medium saucepan.
2. Bring to a full boil over HIGH heat; cover. Reduce heat to MEDIUM.
3. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Drain. Season to taste.
