GEMS Figural Halloween Glow Light - Ghost

Just bought today, listen to the other reviews!! I only saw the reviews because I'm writing one, but it definitely is a hazard!!!!

Beware FIRE HAZARD!!! Do not buy. My child was playing with it and set it on the dresser. She came crying about a fire smell in her room. We unplugged all electrical wires thinking it was a fuse but it was actually this toy it was so hot it burned my finger as i picked it up to try and dispose. The plastic melted at the bottom from overheating. This is a huge safety risk. I called my local target to pull them from shelves. They told me to leave a bad review and they can refund me for the item if i go to the store. Idc about a regund, i just want everyone to be safe and discard it and not buy it.

Super cute, massive safety hazard. I played with it for a only a few minutes and burnt my finger on the bottom. It was melting.

I see other reviews on here with the same issue. Bought it today, kiddo played with it and at night she smelled burning. Ended up being the battery melting through the bottom. Obviously a safety hazard for children. Avoid it

It was fine at first but later afternoon I noticed the coil spring started to pop out from the bottom and the plastic part that covered it also melted. I took off the batteries and they felt so hot!! Imagine if that caught on fire while my baby played with it😡. Target needs to remove this items asap!

Heyday's Halloween glow light is the perfect trick or treating accessory. It has a bright glowing light and uses only two AA batteries. It's lightweight and perfect for hands of all size. Easy to operate and a great value.

Do not buy! Plastic started to melt from batteries and almost caused a fire.

We took this flashlight on our camping trip and my son loved it! The capybara is cute and it's a great kids flashlight. Not super bright but easy to use with only one button to slide to turn it on. You need two AA batteries and the lid screws on that's it for using it. The light flickers and creates a nice "fire" like ambiance.

Kid was using it and said that it smelled like it was burning. The battery was burning through the plastic.

Super cute design! My son's favorite animal is a capybara so I had to get this. Lights up pretty well in pitch black areas, but might be a design flaw in that i have to hold the switch with some pressure to keep it lit.

This is so cute and nostalgic! The light is soft and not too much. It’s the most perfect accessory for cute spooky movie nights and trick or treating too. We love it!

This little light is the cutest thing ever. My daughter absolutely loves it, and it's puts out a nice little glow. Great to use for parties., trick or treating, and other things that glow sticks/party lights are used for. It's the perfect little light for Littles. Not sure how durable it actually will be, as I feel it is cheaply made, but for an event it will be great.

Light feels lightweight i don’t believe its durable for kids play at all. Once i installed 2 double A batteries the light came on before i tightened the screw top. Mine may be defective but once tightened fully it was no longer lighting up but once it was slightly loose the pumpkin fluttered. Overall a cute glow light to have as a party stuffer or a trick or treat giveaway so many options for the upcoming holiday! Just be cautious as it probably wont last long.

This is not worth the money. I'm not sure if it's supposed to "flicker", but it does and also goes dark while in use. I held it fairly still in the video, but if you move it too much the light doesn't stay on. The packaging is terrible. It took entirely too much effort to get out of the blister pack.

Cute pumpkin flashlight for trick or treating! Easy to install batteries with a slide on and off button . The light it gives off is a nice glow, however it flickers. Overall safe and fun for kids to use for Halloween!

This little ghost list is fine… but kind of lackluster. It’s small, and just turns on and off. With the glitz and glam that Halloween has become, this feels cheap and kind of boring. It would be great for little hands- preschoolers or toddlers who want a fun light up ghost. It’s plain and simple and they can easily manage the on/off switch.

This glow light is simple to turn on/off on the handle and it is daylight bright when lit. The plastic material is hard enough to survive a small drop. The light flickers on occasion which is cool for the ghost effect. It is easy to hold and it’s not heavy so kids can enjoy using it!
