Bad packaging
I bought this as a gift to someone. The plush itself is fine. I didn't realize there was little-to-no packaging but that was my bad for assuming. That made unwrapping it pretty underwhelming, but it's more environmentally friendly so it isn't a big deal. But since it's just the raw plushie thrown in a large shipping bag it came out dusty and with weird brown stains on the card. It mostly washed off but since this was a gift, I wasn't incredibly happy with that. Why not put it in something protective before shipping?

BRING OUT YOUR DEAD
Love this guy. The goober. The silly. Very fun to throw at my friends and yell “WOE, PLAGUE BE UPON YE. ” A very abusable plushie. I need a bigger version of this NOW

Just a little guy
It's like a macaroni noodle. I was a bit surprised as the other GIANTmicrobes I have (zika, lyme, and bookworm) are a bit larger than the black death, but for such a simple design I don't really think you need anything larger.

Great fun!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves science and loves these giant microbes! Black Death is one of his favorites. They’ve held up surprisingly well considering my kids play outside with them, get them wet, and carry them around constantly.
