Target’s customer service has gone severely downhill
Target’s customer service has gone severely downhill. Ordered with 2 day shipping because I needed it quickly. Item sat in a warehouse unshipped for 5 days after they charged me. When I tried to cancel I was continually told no one could help me- even though it was still in Target’s possession, they refused to cancel and refund me. The advice was to wait until it arrived (if it ever did?) and physically return it. Wow!
