Crafted with authentic Japanese ingredients -- made from 100% Japanese white rice and filtered through bamboo charcoal. Haku begins its journey through fermentation with rice koji to create a rich, flavorful mash. It's then uniquely distilled through pot stills to create a rice spirit, and then distilled a second time through two unique processes, each one enhancing its character. The spirit is meticulously blended and filtrated in the Suntory Liqueur Atelier at Osaka Plant for a smooth, impeccably clean flavor. Great taste, not overly sweet
