Q: A HB worker responded the ''food chopper is compliant with California Prop 65''? What did this worker mean, the chopper has a prop 65 warning or no? Not whether the chopper is in compliance or not?
A: Thank you for your question. Labels are only required by Prop 65 if the product presents potential exposure to certain listed chemicals that the State of California has determined cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
