Q: How long does it stay heated and can you warm it up in a pan on the stove to avoid radiation?
A: How long it stays warm can vary depending on the ambient temperature and how hot it is when heated. For safety reasons, we do not recommend heating this product in a pan or on a stovetop. It should only be heated using the methods outlined in the product instructions.

Q: As someone who has temperature regulation problems and really needs the cooling effect. Can this be taken out of the freezer and used without completely freezing me? Thank you!
A: Yes, this product can be taken out after a shorter period to prevent it from getting too cold. You could also take it out of the freezer and let it rest for a few minutes to warm up before using it. Thank you

A: This product can be heated in the microwave for 1 minute and then 30 second increments after that until the desired temperature is reached. We recommend not exceeding 3 minutes total. The wrap will take 1-3 hours to fully chill in the freezer. Thank you
