Before 2005, Randy Kay built a business career as a commercial executive at Johnson & Johnson, CEO of a biotech company and a media company, and a chairman or board member of numerous philanthropic organizations. A Northwestern University graduate, he trained over one million people and led more than twenty organizations. He has written for Forbes, Inc., and the Wall Street Journal.

After his encounter with Jesus, he founded Randy Kay Ministries and My Family, a global uniter of the body of Christ.
