[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a surprising new take on dinner for our family. I'm not much of a premade or precooked meat person, but this was surprisingly delicious! It was SO easy to grab this and throw together a meal in no time.

This used to be delicious, it looks like they changed it from shredded chicken to chopped chicken and is not very good. Too bad, it was so good before.

I'm really disappointed in the recipe change. I loved the version I had a few months ago, but when I bought it recently the sauce was more oily, saltier, and had a very different flavor. The chicken was less shredded as well. Please return to the previous version.

I was very pleasantly surprised. The meat was nice and tender, flavor was delicious, and not overly salty like other prepared meals. As someone who needs to keep an eye on sodium intake, that is always pleasing. This will certainly be added to my meal rotation, and I can't wait to try the other flavors too.

I tried the Herdez Shredded Chicken in mild chipotle sauce for a quick dinner. Heating it up is very quick and easy. Just needs a few minutes in the microwave. It took longer for me to cook the rice and beans that I paired with it. I warmed up some tortillas and put out some cheese and sour cream and dinner was done. The chicken had a nice smokey flavor to it. It tasted like it had been cooking all day. Even my youngest daughter (10 yrs old) enjoyed it. She's normally iffy about new things. After one bite, she decided to grab another tortilla for a 2nd one. Because of it's quick nature, this was highly appealing for me and my family. It's a bonus that it actually tastes good too. I can't wait to try their other varieties that I saw in the store when I got this one.

I've already shared it with my family and friends, and even where to get it.

I feel the chicken is too mushy. I have tried the Al Pastor and the texture is more chunky.

It is extremely flavorful and comforting; but also quite versatile. It will most absolutely be my go to for busy nights, especially when the kids are playing their sports and have practice. This one container was easy to warm up and add to some tortilla chips and top with a salad. The chipotle sauce was not overpowering at all. It added an extra flavor component that we usually don't have. I can think of so many other ways of being able to use this shredded chicken. I love that all the work is already done for me and cleanup is a breeze.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I truly stepped outside of my comfort zone with this product. I have never purchased this type of pre-seasoned- heat and serve meat. I was very nervous trying it but tonight was Taco night and I used it as an alternate to our typical ground beef. With that being said, the meat was well seasoned; however, it did leave a dry after taste. It was filling and satisfied our stomachs for the night. It was very easy to prepare 2-3 minutes in the microwave with a short cooldown before serving. There was also an option to prepare in the oven. Would we try it again? No, but I am glad I stepped outside of my comfort zone and gave it a chance.
